Private Facebook Group: Access to Angela’s Creative Cyanotype: Techniques & Inspiration, a networking platform for cyanotype enthusiasts to connect and support each other. You can share your passion, showcase your cyanotypes, seek inspiration or further advice and engage in discussions with fellow artists.
Personalised guidance: The classes are held at Angela’s studio/darkroom, which offers a welcoming and inspiring environment. With a maximum class size of four, the workshop offers personalised learning to build foundational knowledge and gain hands-on experience with cyanotype.
Terms & Conditions:
I want to ensure that my classes provide the best possible experience, so here's everything you need to know before booking. The course offers the use of a professional studio, equipment, materials and tuition. Refreshments are available, although lunch is not included. Please arrive roughly fifteen minutes before the start of the class so that you can get used to the surroundings. Bring a pad and a pencil to take notes, and please do not wear your favourite clothes. Apron and gloves will be provided to protect from splashes. Consider bringing along natural items, such as flowers and leaves, to work with, or flat objects, such as stencils, feathers, or lace, that will make your artwork unique to you. There is no visitor car parking at Woodend. Pay-and-display parking is available on surrounding streets, and public car parks are nearby.
Refunds & Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 10 days' notice before the workshop date by emailing me. Please note that your booking will only be considered cancelled once you receive an email confirmation. Refunds and transfers will not be issued for non-attendance without prior cancellation. If I can fill your place, you will receive a full refund minus a £10 admin fee. This fee covers the costs of issuing a refund and finding a new participant. I am happy for you to send someone else to replace you, incurring no admin fee, but please inform me of the person’s name and contact details. Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to another date. All refunds are issued using the same payment method.
Cancellations by Angela Chalmers Studio:
In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled, I will give you as much notice as possible with alternative dates or a full refund. I cannot be held liable for any travel costs, so customers should ensure they have suitable travel insurance, which can also cover events such as illness and travel disruption. I strongly recommend checking the cancellation policies for your accommodation, too.
